Group - texture - FBLogo - BThe Eagle Group is comprised of three companies: a shell molding foundry, an investment casting foundry and a CNC machine house. Together, we're able to manufacture a broad range of metal products from concept to completion.

If you're looking for a new supplier for your raw or machined cast products, the Eagle Group could be the perfect fit. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and outstanding work during all phases of the production process.

Getting Started with the Eagle Group

1. Find out what we can do

Eagle Group Spec SheetExplore the Eagle Group's capabilities, tolerances and design recommendations. You can learn a lot from our downloadable quick-reference guide, including a list of the casting processes we use, tolerance ranges offered by each company, and available inspection tools.

You can also browse our Industries pages to see examples of parts we've manufactured for other customers.

Even if you don't see anything that resembles your product, get in touch. Our engineers are fully equipped to handle novel projects.

2. Request a quote

The next step is to let us know what you want to build. In order to facilitate the process, we offer online RFQ forms on all of our company sites. Just click the company name in the header of this page, then find the "Request for Quote" button in the top right corner. The more information you can provide, the more accurate our quote will be. No matter what stage you're in, we'll work with you to make sure the design is finalized and the most efficient process is used.

Even if you're not sure which Eagle company would be the best fit for your product, you can fill out an Eagle Group RFQ form. Our experts can then discuss the project and decide which company would be able to best meet your needs.

3. Set the wheels in motion

As soon as you accept our quote, you'll enter into our product development process. Compared to many other manufacturers, this step is where the Eagle Group really shines. We base our methods on the principles of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and we take the quality of our products very seriously.

We start with your materials–whether you have 3D models, physical models or blueprints–and we apply our expertise to optimize the designs. We often find ways to improve the product itself, the manufacturing process, or both. By taking advantage of 3D modelers, casting simulators and handheld laser scanners, we employ the latest technology to overcome the challenges of manufacturing before even going into production.

We then order tooling and produce a sample batch, which we rigorously test for defects and tolerance conformity. If all is well, we prepare a comprehensive New Product Report, reviewed and signed by our entire team of engineers.
